Questions buyers ask
What is Bajitian (Morinda officinalis)?
Bajitian is a traditional Southern Chinese medicinal root (one of the Four Southern Materia Medica), botanically Morinda officinalis. We supply origin-graded material from Deqing, Guangdong for wholesale and export partners.
Which grades can you supply?
Core-pulled flesh (large / medium / small), half-dried flesh, fresh roots (soil-on or trimmed), and prepared herb (including nine-steam nine-sun styles). Tell us your end use and we will match a grade.
Do you support export packing?
Yes. Common options include kraft bags, carton lining, moisture barriers and private-label outer cartons. Packing is confirmed per order after grade and destination are clear.
What is the minimum order?
MOQ depends on grade and season. Trial lots are possible for qualified buyers; long-term partners receive priority on premium lots. Contact Mr. Chen with your monthly volume.
Can I get samples?
Samples are available after a short qualification (company profile + intended use). Shipping of samples is usually arranged at buyer’s account unless otherwise agreed.
